Coaching Program

The Sales Cooke™ developed this customized approach in response to the specific sales challenges presented by our clients. Our on-site commitment is typically a half-day to a maximum of two days per week working with sales, management and executive teams to provide effective sales development support.

Our on-site activities include:

  • Facilitating one-on-one coaching sessions with sales people
  • Conducting weekly meetings with the sales team
  • Participating in strategic account planning activities
  • Providing weekly updates and strategic recommendations to executive management
  • Developing and implementing training programs
